Pigs slaughterhouse located at El Pino sector, La Vega, Dominican Republic.
With an average slaughter of 1000 pigs per day, two biodigesters and a pre-digester were built. The biol obtained as a result of the sewage treatment process is seized as liquid fertilizer for the maintenance and embellishment of the terrain's forested areas.
The produced biogas is seized by the boilers to improve the efficiency of the plant's processes. 580.000BTU's of heat are produced.
